Jen has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. She had a love for the gym at the age of 16 but also had dreams of becoming a gym teacher. Instead, after university, she became a personal trainer for NuBodys and taught everything from spin to yoga, and pilates to boot camps. From fitness competitions (first one in 2003 and last one in 2015), to a few amateur boxing matches, she has alwasy tried to mix it up. Jen says, “Motivation is key, but pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone is where results and confidence happen”. After many years of participating in competitive sports and loving group fitness, she is excited to teach again full time at the new Bedford location. Jen will always push you, motivate you, and make sure you’re smiling at the end of every workout.
